Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website operated by Fleuri Garden Pte Ltd.
1. Refund Policy:
- For cancellations made 3 days in advance (with reference to delivery date) Full refund will be made. However, the admin fee for refund of 15% will be applied.
- Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at Fleuri Garden's own discretion. Fleuri Garden reserves full rights to decline a refund request.
2. Delivery Date input:
- Do key in the correct date (DD/MM/YYYY) at the product page before checking out.
- We will not be liable for Incorrect/False input of date, therefore no refund will be made.
- Orders without specified delivery dates will not be delivered and no refund will be made.
3. Fleuri Garden will not be liable for any damages of flowers and arrangements once it has been delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient to the designated delivery address.
4. All purchases made from and Blk 1 Maude Road #02-38 S(200001) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Fleuri Garden reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation.
6. Fleuri Garden is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to customers, especially during peak periods as we conduct quality checks to ensure bouquets are in good condition before sending them out. However we will try our best to do so if requested.
7. Messages printed on Fleuri Gardens' message card will differ in size depending on length of message. Being smaller with more words and bigger with lesser words.
8. Availability & Replacement:
- The fillers used in each product are subject to change as some may only be available seasonally. Fleuri Garden will always do our best to ensure that your order matches the picture in our catalog as much as possible by replacing unavailable items with the similar ones.
- Fresh flowers may vary due to seasonal and inspirational changes. Due to nature, their colour tones and shades will differ to some degree. Your products may not look exactly the same as shown in the pictures - all pictures displayed are only for illustration of the colour theme and style.
9. Festive Periods:
During festive periods including but not limited to "Valentine's Day" and "Mother's Day", only festive edition products (labelled in the title) are eligible for delivery within its respective festive periods.
Placing orders for normal (non-festive) products with deliveries scheduled for the non-festive period is still permitted during festive periods.
Orders not adhering to Fleuri Garden's Terms & Conditions will be subjected to possible rejection or adjustments for the orders placed.
10. Fleuri Garden reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time.
